Cathedral Park Elopement - Bündchen & Bond

Bündchen and Bond are as spontaneous and spunky as they come. These two jumped right into a fun Cathedral Park Elopement with family and friends at one of Portland’s most inspiring and beloved outdoor wedding venues: Cathedral Park. This park is perfect for small weddings and COVID social distancing. It’s also great for wedding photography. No matter what the conditions the St Johns Bridge architecture is always stunning. St John’s Bridge is Portland’s tallest bridge. It’s Gothic Cathedral-like towers are 400 feet tall. Keep in mind, in order to have a legal union ceremony in a public park, you must have a wedding permit. Bundchen and Bond’s magic was matched by one of those last gorgeous northwest fall days with golden light. Following the ceremony, they headed over to Urban German Wursthaus and Occidental Brewing Co. for their reception. The back deck was filled with beautiful sunlight, a view of the Willamette River, Portland character, and oh did we mention their epic German chocolate cake from Papa Hayden’s? The close proximity of their events made this Cathedral Park Elopement so easy and enjoyable. So perfect for these two!
