Great Wedding Group Shots
Photojournalistic wedding photography is our main jam, but we also take group photos very seriously. But we want something unique and different than the average “classical lineup.” Here we invited friends and family to give good vibes to the bride and groom while holding candles that happened to also light up their faces Our clients loved it! Over the past 15 years, there has been one main theme within our photography, authentic moments. They are an organic process and take time to find. Our secret? Hard work and never stop shooting all the way thru and after moments. The Creative Process

Every wedding we photograph we like to get low, high above, super close, and far away. This creates a cinematic storytelling perspective. We love it. So do World Best Wedding Photos. They included 2 of our landscape photos in their recent 20 Breathtaking Landscapes in Wedding Photography post. One from Machu Picchu, Peru and another one from Arches National Park, Utah.
We love filling the frame with storytelling details. Casting creative shadows into empty parts of the frame with our off-camera flash is something we look for. The Worlds Best Wedding Photos loved this photo so much they included it among 16 select images in their recent blog post about Sensational Shadow Photos in Wedding Photography.
Honest evaluations of photos is something we love practicing. It opens our eyes and helps us make better work. Together with Huy Nguyen (founder of Fearless Photographers), Ralf Czogallik, and both Tree and myself (Jos) we critiqued 20 photos from the Fearless Photographers community. We also discussed our upcoming photography workshop retreat called REVIVAL this coming March 20-25th with 5 mentors for 5 days in Mexico. Don’t miss it.
We are always on the move for capturing the best compositions possible. Here we climbed up high to look down and found leading lines and complementary colors while letting the directional light from the window do its magic on our couple. Training with the Best Photographers in the World
We take learning very seriously and constantly pushing our craft to new levels. Collaborating with other creatives is critical for learning new ways of seeing, performing to our potential, mastering light and composition, dealing with difficult settings, refining our workflow, and growing through critique.
