Maddy and Sergey’s summertime Timberline Lodge Wedding was a sweeping odyssey of emotions. It was a dynamic celebration, filled with exhilarating snowboarding, uncontrollable laughter, moments of quiet reflection, palpable anticipation, heartfelt reverence, timeless embraces, wild dancing, and even a few beautifully raw, tearful moments.
Jos jointed them at 8 am on his skis to photograph them snowboarding down highest the ski areas of Timberline Lodge. They rode up Magic Mile quad chairlift and Palmer to 8,540 feet to ski down Beans run and Willis. Jos chased Maddy and Sergey as they shredded smooth snowboard turns in buttery slopes. Snowflakes danced through the air, swirling in delicate, weightless patterns. It was a blue bird day, crisp and calm and warm. It looked as if they were flying! Could there be a more perfect way to start their summertime Timberline Lodge wedding celebration?
Maddy and Sergey feel a deep connection to Timberline Lodge and Mt. Hood and were thrilled to share their love, and passion of the mountain, with their closest family and friends. Their summertime Timberline Lodge wedding ceremony was outside on the patio with the view of Mt. Hood in the distance. Reception was held in the Raven’s Nest. Their theme was mountains, snowboarding, rustic, sunflowers, yellow, green, nude, burnt orange.
And we couldn’t have had a better team of vendors supporting Maddy and Sergey. Lexi Kerr with Your Perfect Bridesmaid… wow… she is seriously give SO much care during every step of the way with such thoughtfulness and discerning decisiveness. We’ve worked with great planners, and she goes the extra mile in ways that supports an exceptional experience for everyone. The team at Timberline has always impressed us, they are like a family.
