Sara and Wes style is very “Northwest” rustic and earthy. They both never envisioned a traditional wedding, yet when they toured Silcox Hut at the top of Mt Hood they knew right away that they wanted to get married there.

Their aim was to bring together the people they love most for a unique night on Mt Hood all together. Since Silcox Hut is so unique and incredible on it’s own, the plan for decorations was minimal.  The feel of the hut speaks for itself. Sara and Wes love photography and wanted to bring in some artistic flair and authentic photojournalism their wedding. All of us were an immediate fit.

These two are all about small gestures and random acts of kindness. Their emotions and connections with family and friends was as authentic as it comes. You can see it reflected in the photography. We loved capturing their story!
