Camille and Jess beautifully know how to spend quality time together. Their relaxed elegance transpires in everything they do and is wonderfully contagious. Their chemistry resonates with what Rumi said, “Lovers do not finally meet somewhere. They are in each other all along.” For their Portland engagement photos, they decided to enjoy picnic lunching in Cathedral Park under the historic St John’s Bridge in N. Portland with light guitar, writing, roses, strawberries, cheese, and bread. Their old-world philosophy is timeless and it shines bright in today’s fast pace lifestyle. Camille’s creative writing and Jess’ music talents perfectly complement their fashion style, talent, and infectious personalities. Tree and I are beside ourselves with the opportunity to photograph their wedding at The Old Church in downtown Portland followed by their stylized reception at the Hillside Park surrounded by family and friends.
We’ve been following the success of Jess and his band members with Midland. Among many things, check-out their critically-acclaimed sophomore album LET IT ROLL (Big Machine Records). It earned the No. 1 position on Billboard’s Top Country Album Sales chart upon release. They’ve received praise from Rolling Stone, Variety, NPR and Entertainment Weekly among others. They’ve been receiving rave reviews, ON THE ROCKS was declared “the year’s best Country album” by Washington Post. So inspiring and awesome!
