Stephanie and Lew’s beautiful Mt Vernon Country Club wedding was the beginning of a grand journey from Denver, Colorado to Umbria, Italy at Villa Tre Grazie. During our first phone call with them, they told us they love how we capture both emotion and art in our photography. They wanted photographers who would give them the freedom to be themselves and completely connect with their family and friends. When we heard these thoughts we immediately knew we were on the same page and they would trust us to dive deep into doing what we love best, capturing real moments.
Staying at the Highland Haven Creekside Inn was the perfect spot to settle and prepare for their wedding. It gave them time and unique space for us to capture them getting ready. There was also beautiful scenery along the river and a grassland area with mountains in the background, a trail that is woodsy, and the building itself has some pretty brick arches. Stephenie and Lew had a brick made in their lover’s lane to represent their day. We took time to adventure areas outside the country club too and found some hidden jewels with great views and quality time to take it all in. 95 guests surrounded them during their ceremony with a warmth that matched the colors of the sky behind them.
