Lisa and Josh’s Los Angeles Wedding had an Industrial Art gallery party vibe with no wedding party. Their baby Jett (currently 3 months old) and dog Elvis were part of their day. About 100 guests and a DJ. They love music, so they go to concerts a lot. The ceremony was in front of the graffiti wall and the wedding colors were Metallic (gold, silver, and rose gold). The venue had lots of metal and wood and the surrounding area is industrial. Lisa and Josh attended Lisa and Brian’s wedding in Maryland and saw how well we worked together during it and how we got to know them to capture who they are. Lisa and Josh wanted moment-driven wedding photography filled with emotion, action, and creative perspectives.
Their Los Angeles wedding was filled with tons of laughter and lots of crying. It really doesn’t get better than that, especially surrounded by your closest family and friends. Couples who give us the freedom to tell their story as it freely and organically unfolds are the best. We believe it goes without saying, the best art is real moments where everything lines up with the right composition and lighting. This style of photography is timeless and will remain interesting far into the future.
Accolades:
The photo of the bearded men was awarded in the most recent Winter Fearless Awards Collection 58 where only 1% of 15 thousand+ are chosen as Fearless Awards. Only 251 awards among almost 15,000 entries all over the world. Tree got in super close for this fun detailed shot of the mens beards while rocking out on the dance floor. We love detailed photos like this with people in them that make a story stand out.
