Emily and Travis were drawn to have their beautiful Mt Hood Organic Farms wedding for the stunning views and all of the eclectic designs. They love Hood River, especially camping at Lost Lake, paddle boarding, working out, snowboarding, wineries, breweries, and that country feel. The wedding services for a beautiful Mt Hood Organic Farms wedding offered them the feel of a destination wedding with all the right authentic touches. Everything is taken care of and guests can make a fun weekend out of the drive.
Emily and Travis two have such a fun story. They met on a Wednesday and took a 13-mile hike the following Saturday in the Gorge through the Eagle Creek trail. After their adventure, Travis took Emily out to dinner and drove all over Portland to find her the perfect dessert. The rest is history. Well, we love all the details that ensued. Travis and Emily love to do projects together. Within the first year of dating, they did a kitchen remodel that evolved throughout the house. By the end of the project, they remodeled the entryway, fireplace, and both living rooms. They realized if they didn’t kill each other after that, they were meant to be.
On the day of their wedding, we showed up to find Emily and all of her ladies in this gorgeous Air B&B. Vast orchards reached across the valley pointing to captivating views of Mt Hood glowing in the distance. All of us shuttled to the Mt Hood Organic Farms for the girls to finish getting ready in The Cottage while Travis and his guys got ready in the Carriage House. The spaces at the Mt Hood Organic Farms offer the perfect ambiance for your friends and family to be ushered through. We’ve seen so many weddings and having a venue where everyone can be literally ushered through one massive garden and farm with a variety of backdrops is truly the best. From the ceremony and its view of Mt Hood to the back areas behind The Cottage for cocktail hour and yard games to walking down to the Orchard house for the reception. This place delivers. You will love it.
And… OMG, here is the absolutely perfect addition to this entire experience. Ginger Power with Cultivate Catering is an extraordinarily experienced and lovely chef. Her team’s approach and specialties will blow your mind with the freshest, most elegant, seasonal, and organic food. All of the servants literally come out of all the backrooms with massive smiles and large gorgeous plates of food served “family-style” to your friends and family. We’ve seen this dozens upon dozens of times, and the care and love this team delivers is off the charts. Emily and Travis’ beautiful Mt Hood Organic Farms wedding was priceless.
